#235 Helicopter EMS Pilot Jobs Required Recent Flight Experience Oct 04, 2019

Helicopter EMS Pilot Jobs Required Recent Flight Experience..

Day 235 Coffee with Kenny! Awesome question today from a gentleman coming out of the military who wants to go for an EMS career. How much experience and hours are required? It does depend on what company you apply to, they have different hour and timeline requirements. Bottom line, my answer is..get flying! The more time you can get under your belt, the better! Get in as many hours as you can, and stay as current as you can! Maybe take a part time CFI gig!

#230 Private Pilot, Instrument next, then on to Commercial! Smart Plan! Sep 30, 2019

Private Pilot, Instrument next, then on to Commercial! Smart Plan!

Coffee with Kenny day 230! Answering a great question today from member Ryan. He asks about what plan to go about in getting all 3 ratings of Private, Commercial and Instrument. He is planning of flying 5 days a week and getting is Instrument between Private and Commercial. I think that is great, you're building that PIC time and becoming a better pilot! Don't skip that Instrument rating!

We love to hear your experiences and questions! Comment below the video!

#200 Instrument Rating and CFII, get them done early as possible.. Aug 22, 2019

Instrument Rating and CFII, get them done early as possible..

Day 200, welcome to Coffee with Kenny! Great question today about someone that just got their CFI, and wondering how soon he should work for his CFII and Instrument, as his instructor suggests he does it as soon as possible. I myself even recommend getting your instrument rating between your Private and Commercial. With the CFII, there just aren't that many in the industry out there, and it would be a very valuable rating to have. Just get that done! You will not regret it!
