The moment we've all been waiting for is finally here! After years of anticipation, the dynamic duo is excited to announce a book signing event in Las Vegas on November 11, 2024.

"We want to officially invite you to Las Vegas, November 11, 2024. Taz Christman and I will be hosting a book signing for 'Top Ten Check-Ride Tips'. Taz and I wrote this book together years ago to help guide helicopter pilots all over the world study and prepare for their upcoming ratings! I'm going to give you the details. We've been hinting about this and throwing it out there in the videos. We always wanted to do a book signing and it just never happened, but now we got the opportunity and we want to share it with you." – Kenny Keller

Taking the R44 to Las Vegas

The journey to this exciting event has been carefully planned. Kenny and Taz decided to take the R44 helicopter to Las Vegas for the winter to conduct final approach courses. Seeing this as the perfect opportunity, they aligned their schedules to include a book signing, making it a combo adventure filled with learning and fan engagement.

Event Details and Activities

The book signing will be held from 3:30 to 6:30 PM at Air Smart, located at the North Las Vegas Airport. This event is open to the public, and everyone is welcome as long as the books last.

"So we have 100 copies that I'm shipping down there to Taz. We're holding a book signing on November 11, 3:30 to 6:30 PM at Air Smart at the North Las Vegas Airport. Anybody's welcome as long as the books last. Taz and I will be there signing the books and talking helicopters informal. Maybe have some snacks or something, some drinks. And then we'll probably go out that evening and hit the town on Las Vegas."

Attendees can look forward to mingling with Kenny and Taz, discussing helicopters in an informal setting, enjoying some refreshments, and possibly joining the two for a night out in the city that never sleeps. This is more than just a book signing; it's an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and learn more about the fascinating world of helicopters.

Flying into the Event

What's even more exciting is the journey Taz and one of their time builders are embarking on from North Carolina to Las Vegas starting November 3. This trip not only ensures they arrive well before the event but also offers a chance for the time builder to gain invaluable flight experience.

"Taz, along with one of our time builders, we have a gentleman from North Carolina who has been coming up this past summer building time for his commercial by buying blocks of time, and we'd let him have the aircraft for like a week. This gentleman, along with Taz are leaving here November 3, and they're going to take off for Las Vegas."

Registering for the Event

To ensure a smooth event, Kenny and Taz request attendees to RSVP. This helps them gauge the number of people to expect and make necessary arrangements.

"Again, if you would like to attend, the best way would be to reach out to us, if you would, just as a courtesy, let us know you're coming so we get an idea how many people are going to be there."

You can RSVP by texting Heather at +1 (574)-767-1797 or by leaving a comment below the promotional video. Heather is responsible for managing the guest list and providing any additional details you might need.

Exciting Developments Ahead

While the book signing is a major highlight, there’s much more happening in the H.O.G.S. community. Kenny shared their recent accomplishments, including two successful check-rides for a CFI add-on and a private add-on. They are also preparing for an upcoming final approach course with a gentleman who has been working on his private initial rating for four years.

This book signing event is shaping up to be an unforgettable experience for all who attend. It's a blend of celebration, education, and community building. Make sure to mark your calendars for November 11, 2024, and join Kenny Keller and Taz Christman in Las Vegas for an afternoon of aviation fun and networking. Don't forget to RSVP to ensure you don't miss out on this remarkable event. See you there!
